How, where and with what can it be repaired (New Nintendo 3DS XL)?

My New Nintendo 3DS XL recently suffered a display damage. : /

On the right is a black pixel error (or quite a few), it may look like a crack (but if then from somewhere in the 3DS) and there are a few lines (1-3) from right to left and lines distributed over the whole screen, that go from top to bottom (not really visible, you can still see it on the right in the picture).

The strange wavy lines in the photo are not faults, this is due to my cell phone camera.

Could be a display error or a graphics chip error. Now it can't be easily repaired.

I guess graphics chip personally.

If the display is broken, you have to replace it, if the graphics chip does not work you can try to melt the soldering points again and see if it does, or you can find a new one somewhere.
