Nintendo Switch Joycons cleaning with disinfectant?

I have a question. Can you clean joy cons with disinfectants like sterilium? My nintendo switch joy cons have this drift and you can either clean it with compressed air or alcohol in which you lift the cap and spray it in / injected.

Would be nice if you could help me quickly as I could fix the problem otherwise. Because I have no can of compressed air or no chemist who just has alcohol lying around at home.

I would try it first with wet cotton swabs
