Remove thermal paste with disinfectant spray?

I want to remove the thermal paste from my Ps4 Pro. Is the disinfectant spray with 22.0g ethanol, 21.0g 2-propanol, 8.0g 1-propanol suitable?

You can just spray window cleaner on a kitchen towel. Works great.
