Is it normal for the control pad (left) of the Nintendo DS Lite Black to be so "loose"? You can, if you just tap it slightly, in the DS "move around", as if it had too much space. Is that normal?
I played a GBA game and can run badly cross, rather only up, down or sideways, but so that the character cross / diagonal runs, you have to keep it so weird and it does not always work…

That's not normal. You can have it repaired if necessary, if that's still worth it. Otherwise, simply buy a new one, there are now very cheap.
Where can you get something repaired?
You have to google it. Since it was certainly several companies offering something, but could just be expensive.
