I want to buy a nintendo switch for 350 euro but madia markt and Saturn have closed because of the pandemic. I searched the idealo website and came up with a website alza.de for 350 euro. However, the website does not say when it will arrive and whether or not I can request a refund. How do I know whether or not I can request a refund? And will the goods arrive 100%?
The site either has no legal notice or I couldn't find one. Doesn't seem legit. Better to buy on Amazon or Ebay
If I want to buy on Amazon there's no price for 350 euro and my account is blocked because you don't know whether this is my bank account or not. And I found one on ebay, but if I can't buy it from there due to technical reasons, is there another secure website?

No nintendo switch lite is on stock but the one with the joy controller I want the one with the joy controller
I also called 5 times they said the same thing over and over and I had to send a document, e.g. An electricity bill, when I send one it is always referred to as an error
