My ps4 is in safe mode all the time?

I have not been able to do anything on my PlayStation for about two months. I'm in secure mode all the time and can't get out of the way. "It all starts" Connect a USB storage device that contains an update update file for version 6.51 or later. " then I press Ok and then "The USB storage device is not connected. (SU-41333-4)" displayed. I do not know what I should do and what a storage device that mean. I have read a few things and because it is said that everything is deleted all the scores and so when something like me is displayed. Is there any way I can handle this or what I should do at all? 😂😕💗
