Why doesn't the Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy online mode work for me?

I got the Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy game on the Nintendo Switch today. Of course I wanted to try the online mode right away, but when I was looking for opponents I was always shown: "Error: time limit for server connection reached. Please try again later."

Is there anything you can do about it? Am I the only one that happens on the switch? Or is it just the case today because the servers are overloaded?

Has already cleared up there are not many playing. For that I found players in other modes.
