Nintendo Switch SD card problem error code 2016-0641?

I have the problem that my Nintendo Switch does not start properly. I switched off the Switch completely, removed the SD card and still nothing works. I have googled many times and tried many methods but nothing worked, someone may know continue?

Ps: I would not like to delete the data on the card because almost everything is on the card so I would need another solution
