Sticky controllers?

I have a problem with my Nintendo Switch Pro controllers. I have already bought new ones several times, because the sticks were so glued and make funny clacking noises. A few months ago that was suddenly the case with the blue Joy Con. The stick could barely move, and cracked weird. I do not intend to untie those things. Others I know do not have the problem. And I just can't play well if you hear a weird sticky sound as you move the stick. I once heard of a kind of "cleaning oil", which you spray in between. Can you help me? I had already thought that you should use the stick or the controller more often, and the problem is solved.
