I need urgent help…
I tried to connect to the controllers and my PS4 as usual. When I was at the screen where it said "press the PS button" flashed. My BOTH controllers only continuously and did not connect, I restarted the PS4 and tried again but exactly the same thing happened the whole time. PS: It's not the controllers because the controllers work on my brother's PS4.
Connect your controller once with a cable and then it should work wirelessly.
Press and hold PS and Share button at the same time, after that it should work.
If not, just connect it once with a cable.
