Nintendo Switch profile stops working?

Hi, I have a big problem. When I start my switch, a gray exclamation point appears on one of my profiles at the top. As soon as I click on the profile, it displays the error code 2110-2003. This is usually shown to you when there's a network error. On all other profiles that I have otherwise is not an exclamation point, it can display their profiles and they can connect to the Internet… I do not understand why that is.

This question should you think I better ask the support of Nintendo.
