Nintendo Switch makes loud ventilation noises?

I'm an owner of an older switch with the gray controller, lately it was only in the dock and was never switched on today when I switched it on it was normal but when I started a game the fan made loud noises and itself the dock vibrated, is that normal? Never had that after almost 1 year
