Nintendo switch Pro controller shoulder buttons problems?

I ordered the pro controller a few days ago because I liked the reviews and I wanted a controller. Now I have the controller and I was actually quite satisfied.

But now I also encountered several defects on the controller. The shoulder buttons above. Sometimes just don't respond. You press the button gently 20 times and everything works and then it doesn't work. That frustrates and annoys when playing.

Is there a solution? Otherwise I will send it back. Sometimes the sticks and the lower shoulder buttons crack so unpleasantly. Not loud but so that it annoys me.

Anyone have similar experiences? Maybe it's because of amazon. Next time I will buy it in the shop.

Maybe just get a monthly product.

Send it back and order the new one. Then hopefully it's better

Are you sure. Many people on reddit describe the same problem. But that would be really cool. Because in itself I really like the controller

If you still notice and bother, you can still send it back.

With such a premium price, you can also expect a premium product

I've only heard good things from the Pro controller. But it's a bit too expensive for me.
And I mostly only play on the go.
