Jailbroken 3DS, how can I play online with it?

I jailbroken my Nintendo 3DS so I could play games for free, but how can I play with it online now? I downloaded a custom firmware and you can't play online with it, but if I get the new update now, I might be banned, and I don't want that. I just want to play safely online. (I don't want to cheat myself, I want to gamble normally)

You can update your 3DS to the latest version and keep the CFW as normal if you update Luma and the Rosalina menu beforehand

Turn off Spotpass and then you can't be banned
