Yes. You get a couple of texture packs that don't look good at all and 700 Minecraft Coins that you can use to buy either a skin pack, a texture pack, etc. However, it is more worthwhile to buy the coins for the particular pack separately, if you want to buy one at all, as the texture packs that are included in the Minecraft Starter Collection are bad in my opinion, as I said.
