I have ordered something, but the content of the package is no longer available. The tracking showed that the package is damaged and will therefore be repacked. However, the package has been packed again but has only arrived with the filling material and no article. I immediately filled out a damage report at the post office because the package seemed strangely easy to me (it should have a PS4 in it). How long will it take for me to get my money back?

First of all, DHL will try to pass this on to the shipper, it will be checked, clarified, weighed, receipts requested, etc.
It can take a few months.

You can also see everything positively: If you have your money back, the PS5 is already out there - then you already have a down payment.
The private shipper must then submit a research request. Otherwise you should pack it better, which is not that easy
For me, a package from the big containers tumbled. This is said to survive a fall at a height of 1 m.
Since the preload in the hub is packed 2.50 m high with lighter packages, this is hardly feasible
