PS4 download speed?

When I connected my Ps4 to the internet (Lan), the internet connection test showed me

A download speed of 221.0 MBIT / s

And an upload speed of

6.1 MBIT / s

A few days later it was only then

44.0 MBIT / s in download and

9.2 MBIT / s in upload

Where is the problem? Maybe one of you can help me further.
