Improve download speed PS4?

I have a problem. I have to download an update with 64 GB on the PS4. When I go to network with the PS4 I have a download speed of 1.8 mbit per second. However, if I look at the download speed on my cell phone, I have between 55 and 70 mbit per second.

Does anyone know what I can do so that the PS4 also achieves a higher download speed?

Connect via lan. The PS4 is just bad over Wi-Fi, have the same problem.
