I can't install Bo3 on ps4?

My buddy and I both can't install CoD Bo3.

My buddy gave me his account. I wanted to get Bo3 and when I should then choose whether to prioritize multiplayer or single player, I'm only kicked to the home menu and nothing is installed. My buddy has this problem too. We have enough storage space. I mean I could install more games.

Only one can work on the same but different consoles.

Otherwise everyone could pass on games as you are funny and the industry would no longer make money.
