I was permanently banned from PlayStation Network although I have no plan why, I also called the support and they said they wrote me a mail but did not arrive. People I need your help what should I do now is my account now locked forever or can I still do something about it.

How about: Call again, tell them that you have not received any mail and ask for information.
Also had a blocked account, think both of us is clear what has become of it…
PS is quite radical when it comes to locking you can be sure that your account is ALWAYS gone.
