How can I turn invitations on from PS4 to PS4?

I bought a skin online via aoeha.com for the game Rocket League. You get that by being invited to a meeting and then delivered to me. However, I get an e-mail that I have set that I should allow the invitation from strangers.

Already in privacy settings and also with messages all looked up and adjusted so that everyone has access to everything from me, however, the same email comes again and I do not know what I can do

Just say that you're supposed to say the name of the guy you're trading skins over then you can invite him. For me it was always on aoeah that I had to invite the person
