Gta 5 progress from one ps4 account to another?

I have the following problem on my PS4 account: I have a GTA 5 Acc / Progress that I would like to transfer to another PS4 account because I no longer have access to one PSN account.

I thought that it should actually work because I connected my GTA 5 Acc to my Social Club account, and if I now log into the new PS4 account at GTA 5 with the Social Club account, would it theoretically work?
