Well, I've been trying to change my email on my ps4 for a year now. My ps4 is logged in with an old email and I no longer have access to this email. So I try to change my email but it keeps saying the wrong email or password, which is wrong. As for the password, I wrote it in once from my "new" email and it didn't work. So I tried to do that from the old one, but it didn't work either because I'm not sure of the password.
Could someone help me there?
Can't you just reset the old password?
Otherwise, make sure that you have really unsubscribed with the old email and that you have a Psn account with the new one.
But if I logged out completely, everything would be deleted, wouldn't it? I can't delete the password because, as I said, I have no access.
It will not be deleted in the sense that it would still be present on the old email when you log in with it. Your games and scores are not saved in the new mail. It's like someone else is taking over your Ps4. As long as you are logged in, you can't log in with another email.
Normally the password should be resettable. Actually, all you have to do is click on "Forgot Password" and you should get an email. On the old one, of course. If you no longer have access there, think about whether you have deposited a security question with your email provider. Otherwise contact Sony support. Maybe someone can help you there.
