So my experiences are all based on Steam.
But, back then, it was enough if the "annoyance" was big enough to tell a moderator right on Steam. The best people have immortalized themselves on the profile, then it was worse than in the "Endchat".

I would like to make myself clever in the forum of BHVR, as you also have to provide the evidence (most of them are believed videos) and if the PS system at all can do something.
