How to report player BO4 blackout mode?

I was playing a round of PS4 in single mode earlier.

I met two players who played together that is totally unfair.

Now I want to report it but I somehow can't find a report button

I know if you go under social under last players you can report the last players, but you can't report those from the blackout mode!

Can someone help me there I find almost every third game where there's such a thing!
