My Playstation account was blocked for 30 days and today at 10:47 am my account should be unblocked but I still can't get in. Could it be the internet?
Go to Network Settings and then Test Internet Connection
If that doesn't work, go to Account Management and if it says log in, try it

Do an Internet test if it failed, it says restart the router or just restart the console, but Sony is quite accurate when it comes to unbanning and won't let you wait.
So if the Internet test failed, just restart the Wi-Fi box (router) and restart the console.
If this does not work, check again the Wi-Fi should still fail you have to wait until your Wi-Fi provider has fixed the problem.
