I wanted to buy a Ps4 in Ebay classifieds. The seller thinks that the PS4 works perfectly and has no defects. I asked him if I could turn on the PS4 on site, he then said that the PS4 was reset and he didn't know if the PS4 could be turned off. My question is can you turn off the PS4? I would not pull out the plug. Or should I let it go and trust the seller and not test the PS4 on site? In the description he didn't write that the PS4 has no defects or works perfectly, didn't write anything there, I asked him privately. If the PS4 doesn't work, can I request my money back?
I don't understand that with resetting and switching off, why shouldn't you be able to switch them off?
