Playstation 4 Pro suddenly defective?

I have a Playstation 4 Pro.

Today I started the Playstation Normal, and when I logged in (see picture) it crashed. As soon as I select my user at startup, the PS4 goes off. Then "The PS4 can't be started. System memory can't be accessed" (see picture). If, as described there, I switch off the PS4 using the power button and then restart it, it starts normally, shows me that an error has occurred in the software, and then leaves me stuck with the user selection again by clicking the The whole thing starts over.

The latest version is installed. I have also already rebuilt the databases.

That looks like a defective hard drive

How can I fix this?
