USB microphones don't connect?

I have a problem and can't find any answers here. Maybe someone has a solution.

I have 2 USB microphones for the Ps4 Let's sing. Now it always only connects one microphone and not the other. The 2 USB portals work perfectly when charging the controller. I have already tried to log in 2 users, but it still only shows a microphone or none at all. I've already bought 2 new ones and it still doesn't work.

Anyone have a solution?

Obviously, only one recording device is provided on a device and a second is then switched off. It's like a stereo system: when you connect headphones, the speakers are switched off.
