I have a question about connecting headsets to the PS4 and which headset is better and FULLY WORKS. I was planning on getting the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition or the HyperX Cloud II, I've been watching videos on YT for 2 days to find a decent headset with Seperat adjustable Game / Chat sound controls - these two headsets got stuck with me but still keeps me from buying is the contradiction of many "experts" both headsets have a USB audio control box but one half Experts say the USB audio control box does not work on the console the other half, it all runs even that 7.1 Surround Sound but what's wrong now, at the moment I have the Sades 926t (I've never heard of the brand before) that also has a kind of USB audio control box from the but 1 USB and 1 jack plug comes out and the two other headsets is just USB or just Kinke.
I can help one of you here I do not get there any more thanks in advance for the help.
Spelling mistakes or similar you can keep.
Yes, there's the advantage that current headseats usually have a small sound card on the usbanschluss. This produces 7.1 or 5.1 (depending on the version) dolby sourrundsound.
The jack connection can only stereo
Ok but the headset what I have at the time has no 7.1 why is there then a USB plug off and maybe you know if I can use the 7.1 and the audio control box on the console?
You always need an "art soundcard" with the well-known haedsets this soundcard is quite small and in usb form. The logitech g430 eg which I used at that time had 2 x pawl which were plugged into the enclosed soundcard and then with usb to my computer could connect. The g930 I use at the moment is wirless but also has a sound card. D.h only the usbanschluss you enough to my knowledge not to 7.1. Alternatively, if you're only on the playsi look for the original headset from sony for the ps4 that can 7.1. And it's wireless and that's the only headset on the market that can be used in ps4. The others must be wired to your ps4
