Survive longer in Battlefield 1 conquests?

Since there's not much you can do in the current situation because of Corona, I got Battlefield 1 for the PS4 yesterday.

It's my first Battlefield and I think the game is a thousand times better than CoD.

My problem is, how can I stay alive longer in matches like Conquest?

I really do everything to stay alive, be it always looking for cover, crawling to avoid being gunned down.

But how can I dodge attacks from artillery shells, snipers, etc?

They annoy me a lot.

Today I had one of the most blatant moments ever. In "Battle of the Ballroom", I carefully tried to walk down the corridor.

Suddenly 8 people came up to me and I could only take 2 with me to my death.

How do I get up against 8 players alone?

(I've been playing since yesterday and love the storm soldier and scout as a class)

In the game, dying is a part of it. It's not about having as many kills or as few deaths as possible, but rather helping your team to win.

In order to survive for a long time, the paramedic class is very helpful because you can heal yourself quickly. Battlefield 1 is hardly played any more. Most of them play Battlefield V or Battlefield 4.

V, in particular, is still the only Battlefield to have the DICE servers.

Even the best battlefield players die. If you want to collect fewer deaths on the scoreboard, then you should find a few people to play with in the squad. This would also solve the problem that you have to fight against several players alone (in your example 8 vs 1).

Most of the time, to help the team in conquest, it is important to capture and defend flags. Many kills also help, but you shouldn't deal with that for the time being.

To avoid artillery strikes, you should run out of the attack radius. If you're sniping, take cover or zigzag.

In my experience, playing styles that are too defensive as well as too aggressive are disadvantageous. The perfect mix of both should get you further with practice.

The lobbies are full in BF1 on the ps4: o.

But thanks for the tip

Compared to the parts listed, there are hardly any servers. It is normal for the lobbies to be full because the choice is limited. Anyway, BFV has a lot to offer since the Pacific Update. Bought it 2-3 years ago for 20 euro. You can definitely get it cheaper now and is definitely recommended.
