PlayStation Communities no longer load?

I have had no access to my PlayStation Communities for a few days, which means that they no longer load properly. When I try to go to the communities, it loads for a few minutes and then I get an error message saying "Communities are not loading properly at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes." I would be very happy about a few answers…
