Problem with Sky Ticket PS4?

I got my Sky Ticket today and verified my age and everything. Then I downloaded the app on the playstation and wanted to log in, but before I even had the opportunity to log in, it said: "Login failed. Please try again later."

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do?
