I have a problem with my ps4 i have a good 4 weeks a 100k line but with my ps4 i only get to 10k.
I also tried lan kabel, even put my ps4 1 meter away from rooter but it did not work.
All the devices that were connected to the internet, I turned off and it still has brought nothing.
For other devices, however, the Internet is perfect.
Is my ps4 broken? Or did I set something wrong? Do you have an idea?
With a 100k line you have a download of about 12MB / s. I think you're talking about 10MB / s which would be fine then.

Unfortunately have no idea of ps4. But is new to me that there speedtest offer, with meaningful values.
If you download something, it is never guaranteed to fully exploit the 100mbit. Should you download something with 1mbyte / sec (about 10mbit), please be satisfied.
Minus protocol overhead for encryption: in my opinion, fits your bill.

I myself had a 100k line with a download of around 12MB / s. Meanwhile, it has doubled and the 200K line has around 24MB / s.
