Ds4 Windows brings windows 10 to crash?

I play with my ps4 controller on the pc and have a bluetooth usb stick and of course ds4 windos installed. But my pc crashed permanently.

What can I do about it or what is it?

No it crashes only when the program ds4 windows is installed the controller, I can easily connect to the pc via usb games just go without the program yes
