What key do you have to press when you are in this menu to see the sprays?

If you are in lobby you can't select sprays.

As far as I know, this is not in the menu, only when you start a game.

And what do I press when I'm in the match so what do I have to press when I'm in the match.

I think some D-pad key depends on what you've set.
