Subnautica cheats don't work?

Play on the Ps4 Subnautica and wanted to test a few cheats via the DevConsole, but not a single cheat works with me, neither with "Spawn" or "Item" in front of it. Do I have to enter an activation code beforehand or what do I have to do?
