Subnautica ps4 cancer dock bug?

I have a question regarding subnautica. I've been playing subnautica for almost 16 hours now, it's my first run and so it would be a pity if I had to start over because of such a mistake before I could start properly.

In the Aurora you have to fix the door to the Krebsdock so that it opens, but it can't be repaired. I have already googled and read that this mistake is not rare. I also read something from a second way into the krebsdocks purely about a lab? In any case, I have nowhere found how to get into this lab and therefore also in the krebsdocks.

I would be very grateful for an answer / instruction.

There are two entrances to the Aurora at the destroyed bow. One is upstairs (you have to vacate the entrance) and one downstairs. About the bottom one comes to the cancer dock I think. Do not know exactly! Nothing has to be fixed.

Thanks habs have come from there to the docks and the rest of the Aurora.
