Ps4 pro cooling?

What can you do if removing new thermal paste and dust didn't help with the ps4 pro,

At the beginning the ps4 was very quiet with the new thermal paste but after 2 days it has become the same as before, even if I just watch Youtube or something it gets louder, then quieter then louder again what else can you do so that the ps4 pro cools properly becomes?

Actually nothing ps4 is always a plane
