How do I change the controls in fifa 21 (ps4)?

In fifa 21 I have recently been unable to cross or pass through steep slopes. The triangle and square buttons no longer react at all. Have already tested this with 4 controllers. Do I now have to change something in the settings so that I can perform steep passes and flanks again or what else could this be?

You have probably chosen the 2-button layout, go to settings and search for controller settings etc. And set that to standard
