Call of Duty on PS4 not working?

Call of Duty WWII and the new Modern Warfare both no longer work on the PS4 … WWII has not worked for me for months and Modern Warfare has not worked for 3 days. Is that only for me that way? Modern Warfare displays error code 2048. Can someone help me there?

I can play offline.
