Playstation Network access to this PS4 has been permanently or temporarily suspended. (WS-37338-4)? Call of duty cold was a problem?

Jo people my ps4 was blocked 3 weeks ago or so try to call there every day without success write e-mails like crazy without success gaming for a few days only offline I bought Call of Duty Cold 2 days ago to play the kampfange for it you don't actually have to be logged in to psn wanted to start the game for the first time today doesn't work because I have to be logged out of the Playstation Network for the kampfange (single player) wtf doesn't work and with the other cod you can play kampfange without i'm PSN to be logged off should especially on the back of the game so call of duty cold was it says that the network works in PSN first from 2-40 that means that you can play the kampfange you can only play the kampfange something on your own should i do should i exchange the game? I still have receipt or who has a tip on how I can unblock it. I didn't even get an e-mail from PSN about the blocking, why didn't offend anyone or otherwise geken didn't violate any guidelines
