Bought the game on Ps4 store but didn't get it?

So I had 36 cents and saw a game for 25 cents, Rogue, and I put it in my shopping cart and paid for it, then you can find where you can download the game or continue browsing and I pressed circle. Now it's still in the cart and my money is gone and I didn't really want to get 5 euro for it. Looked in the library.

PSN Support can certainly help out better 🤷♀️
