PlayStation Store won't open without error code

I bought Assassins Creed for the Ps4 yesterday, had to download a language pack, when I tried to try it I was forwarded but instead of the PSN Store I get the message: This service is currently under maintenance.
When I try to get to the PlayStation Store normally, the only thing I can say is: An error has occurred.

Have had the problem with the store for a long time and have had to use my cell phone for everything so far but the language packs are not available in the PlayStation Store.

Is probably a bug in playstation. Since we're all in quarantine, the servers are probably quite busy

No I don't think so because as I said it has been going on for about a year now
