Problems with two factor verification?

I changed my playstation password and then I was logged out of my PS4 system. Now when I log in with my g-mail address and password, they want a verification code that they sent to my g-mail address. But I don't get it no matter how long I wait and it's also no use to press send code again. Can someone please help me thanks in advance.
