Reset two factor authorization on ps4? Urgent?

Because of this two-factor authorization, I can no longer log into psn. Neither on the mobile phone nor on the ps4. Does anyone know how to make that out quickly?

To turn off two-factor authorization, simply go to the menu and turn it off. The problem, you have to log in with it first of all… What exactly doesn't work?

I can't register anywhere because my old number is still there and I no longer have access to it

That's a problem. You then have to call Sony PSN support on Monday. They can take care of that.
