Create route?

I'm playing on my Playstation 4 because Bus Simulator 18.

And I'm on the Nightlife Mission

My question is how can I create the ideal route around all ring stops

To connect max 1 stop Steinecke and max 1 stop Westfield with exactly 8 stops that I get exactly on the max route time of 17:00 minutes?

I would be very grateful for a solution
