Create animations with your mobile phone?

I would love to create my own anime someday. One of the goals in my life. I've been in my skull for 10 years now. Since I don't have a properly functioning PC and can only serve with ps4, Android mobile phone and a maximum of one tablet, I'm now looking for two things. Firstly, an application with which I can find a way to create an anime myself, cleanly and preferably on my mobile phone. I have little idea of the whole subject, but I have patience until my death and I'm looking for a beginning. Addition, I'm not particularly rich. Inexpensive or inexpensive would be my favorite.

So do you know apps to create anime yourself?

I'm sorry to say this - but without good tools, you will not be able to make a satisfactory part.

If you've had this goal for 10 years, you could have set aside some money for this goal in 10 years.

But you can forget to shake a professional product off your sleeve with a free (or "14.95 EUR") app on a mobile phone.

And I'm not even talking about any artistic ability.

I haven't done it yet because I just didn't have the strength to get started. I'm now 23 and before that I always had something in my life that got in my way. I'm not familiar with the products, but I have seen that many mangaka work on tablets. That's why I take what is possible and feasible. To criticize what I was able to do is irrelevant

Do you have the talent to make your dream come true? You have to decide that. Tip: assume you have it - honestly - just start!

Do you know what computing power you need? Tip: Professionals don't work with cell phones - only if it fits into the concept. They work with FirstCut or with Adobe Premiere or with software that I don't even know. I was once there when I was doing the dubbing for a video - just dubbing! I was blown away by the equipment in the sound laboratory. But sch… On it - just do it! Do you have such tools? There are certainly possibilities in the freeware area - get them! Start - every journey, no matter how long, begins with the first step!

That's why I was looking for a freeware. I even struck gold during the night. I need exactly 3 things to create my anime. First of all, a means of a) duplicating and correcting characters from painted pictures or b) the possibility of creating them directly on an app. I found a remedy for option a and have already spent 3/4 of the night with it.

The second thing I need are drawing skills. Mine are mediocre but I'm starting and have exactly 1 life time to build them out. I can do that.

The second thing I need is a story. That is probably the least problematic part. I've been building stories with my imagination since I was 6 and have never stopped. Writing the script will only be problematic.

Next I have to find out how much FPS the actual animes usually run at in order to set the speeds when I have created the first parts.

Since I can create material for up to 10 minutes with the freeware without any problems, I have to create 10 minutes and then label each picture with subtitles.

If everything will be ready in 2-4 years, if I can then only one thing is missing: I have to find people who speak the people.

When I'm at that step, I just have to raise money and let people do it who have a clue.

This is going to be tough without a doubt, but it is a goal in life not a 5 minute thing
