Can't hear my friends in group chat (Fortnite PS4)?

I can't hear my friends in group chat, all settings have been made, but I still can't hear them. They don't have a speaker with me and I don't have a speaker with them. I can hear them through the PS party, but the problem is that we have a PC player too and therefore we can't communicate through the PS party.

Options key = voice channel = game chat or group chat depending on that.
