Can't use Fortnite Gamechat (XBOX)?

I play Fortnite with friends who play on PS4 so let's talk about the Fortnite game chat (group channel), but now I have the problem that I either do not hear my friends and they do not hear each other, but the other problem is that sometimes I do it at all can't join a channel

Try to make the standard channel on game. I had that problem too.
